A luxe, fresh commercial space for a relocated office

Location: Downtown Chicago, IL

DeBonis Design partnered with Origin Investments to create the relocated office space of their dreams. The firm envisioned a luxe, sexy, and sophisticated exterior and entrance design with a fresh, bold and more bright working space for the team. The design was heavily influenced by the function of the workspace with a focus on teamwork and community. We planned lots of community and team meeting-designed spaces which included floating bench areas for extra seating and a centralized kitchen allowing the community and team to easily connect and interact daily.

This project was a full-service DeBonis Design project and included everything from Concept + Space Planning at the start to final Installation and everything in-between.
